Conditions for returns and exchanges
You have the right to request a return or exchange of the product within 14 days from the day of receipt of the order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused, in the original packaging and with the attached labels.
The product must not be damaged, unless the damage occurred during delivery.
Return process
If you want to return the product, please contact us via the email address: info@luvissbags.hr and state the order number, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
We will issue a refund after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
The cost of the return is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged during delivery.
Substitutions
If you want to exchange the product for another size, color or model, please feel free to contact us. Exchanges are possible provided the product meets the criteria specified in the return and exchange conditions.
If a replacement is possible, we will send you a new product as soon as we receive the returned item.
The customer bears the cost of returning the replaced product, unless the product is defective or damaged.
